When you drive through Magnolia Woods, you’ll cross another short bridge to enter the most upscale subsection in Seaside Farms … Cathedral Oaks. There are 72 gracious, Lowcountry style homes in Cathedral Oaks. Many of these homes are custom built on the marsh and with intercoastal waterway views. Because of the water property, most homes are elevated. So when looking at houses in Cathedral Oaks ask your agent about flood zoning, because the insurance rates vary from zone-to-zone.
