Building began in Scott’s Creek in 2012. It’s a small neighborhood, with only about 70 single family homes, located all on one large Circle. What sets this neighborhood out from others is that even though it’s newer, the trees in the neighborhood are mature and the lots are larger than most lots in Mt. Pleasant; especially new home neighborhoods. Lot sizes range from about ¼ of an acre to .40/acre. The Low Country feel is alive and well with the exterior design of the homes and the neighborhood dock at the saltwater creek. Additionally, there are ponds and walking/jogging trails throughout.
This is a Pulte built community and in 2016, there were only 4 home sales. The average sales price is $731K and $199/sq. foot. Price ranges in the neighborhood span from 665K – 850’s and houses are anywhere from 2,700 square feet to about 4,300 sq. feet. Check out this neighborhood and see how close it is to everything.
