SANDHURST SUBDIVISION IN WEST ASHLEY
Are you looking for that perfect home in the West Ashley Area? A great location that is close to the Airport, Downtown, Hospitals, Schools, Restaurant, and Shops? If that sounds amazing to you, then Sandhurst Subdivision is a little slice of heaven that you could call home.
Sandhurst is located in West Ashley within a mile of I-26.
It is a subdivision that was established in the 1960s and still has its original charm and character. With wide streets and large oak trees draping over the roads, this area truly gives you all the southern charm feels. Sandhurst is also situated in a great location. You can get to the airport or to work at Boeing within 10-15 minutes. If you need some groceries or want to do a little shopping, you can pop right around the corner to Publix and Shops to fulfill all your needs. Downtown and The Medical University of Charleston is only about 15 minutes away as well. This is truly a great LOCATION to live to navigate the Charleston area.
Some of my all-time favorite casual dining spots are also located within minutes of the Sandhurst Subdivision.
If you want a casual atmosphere to grab some good grub and a beer, you can just pop over to the Kickin Chicken @ 1179 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. You can literally be there in less than 5 minutes. They always have local craft beers on the menu, and their Kickin Chicken Sandwich with Kickin Chicken sauce is seriously delicious. The fried pickle app with a cold beer also never disappoints. It’s a local spot, where locals gather, and you will be sure to run into someone you know. They say Charleston is getting big, but it still has all the great qualities of a small town.
