The hall bath features a new vanity in a room separate from the tub/shower and toilet, so that two people can use the bath at the same time. Another full bath off the foyer serves as the powder room/second hall bath. Since you will have lots of company, you will appreciate the guest suite over the garage, away from the other bedrooms. This room was designed as a kids' room with nooks for 3-4 twin beds, but a king bed could be substituted and the room could be a second master bedroom (preferred by rental companies). Maybe you need a teen retreat, au-pair suite, live-in help, or just max out on the legal occupancy (12) for rentals. The roof and HVAC are fairly new, carpet in great room and master bedroom is new. Unobtrusive exterior wheelchair ramp on side of house can be removed, but is great for visiting relatives or rentals.
