Under All is the Land - Conclusion
My how marketing and real estate advertising has changed!
And, as good as the community developer, the consultants, engineers and sales forces are in producing the community, nothing happens until people are made aware.
It used to be that the buying public was accessed through print and TV. Not so much today. As in most areas of life, the communication lifeblood is the Internet. Today, it is estimated that 90% of people looking for property go first to the Internet. Zillow, Trulia and many other sources are available for prospective home buyers to examine their possibilities in the comfort and privacy of their homes and offices. AgentOwned Realty has an excellent website and receives a large number of interested visitors daily. Virtually all planned communities and real estate companies have websites as well.
So, when these prospective buyers arrive at the sales office, they are knowledgeable and prepared. Well prepared sales representatives are very aware of this. The end result is a more relaxed and productive process for all.
There has never been a more successful tool for buyers and agents than the Internet and it has greatly enhanced the marketing capabilities in the real estate industry.
