It seems anywhere you go in Charleston there are so many awesome sites to see. On my drive home from work I sometimes try new routes just so I can discover new sights, new communities, or new places to eat, hidden behind a few palm trees, that I didn't even know were there.

My daughter and I took a wrong turn one day while looking for a house and we discovered a very picturesque place hidden in a subdivision off of Long Point Road. The mossy oaks are very typical of the Charleston area, but sometimes it takes just the right angle to make you stop and take a second look at the view surrounding you. I feel very fortunate to be able to live in an area with such jaw-dropping views. It makes you take a little time out of your busy day to just slow down and admire the beauty around you.
