Finding the right Realtor for you

is the beginning of your home buying process.  Many factors go into this decision and it is not one you should make lightly. Even though you do not pay your Buyer's Agent a commission usually, they are obligated to look after your best interest. Part of the commission paid to the Listing Agent, by the seller, is generally used to compensate your Buyer's Agent. Most homes listed by a Realtor will cooperate with other Agents and Agencies in order to get the home sold faster for the seller.  By employing a Buyer's Agent, you get the benefit of someone looking out for you.
