Well, 2017 is here and I have already broken one New Year’s resolution … go on a diet. Sunday, I went to a couple of my neighbors’ open houses and ate pork and sauerkraut at one ... That is a German good luck New Year’s dish. Then, of course, we had the standard southern black eyed peas and collard greens. What a way to start a diet !!
But, that’s not the subject of my post this week. I want to share sales information about this sought after community. Last year there were only 44 homes sold in Seaside Farms. Once people move in here, they don’t won’t to leave (I think that contributes to why the neighbors are so familiar with each other.) The average days-on-the-market for those 44 houses or condos was 41, and what’s really great is those 44 sellers sold their homes/condos for 98% (average) of their listing price.
There are so many wonderful communities in the Charleston area like Seaside Farms. Let me help you find them.
