Not your cookie-cutter neighborhood - WEXFORD PARK Mount Pleasant
Wexford Park is a small neighborhood off Rt. 17N and Hamlin Road. Just 21 homes nestled along a narrow road which ends in a cul-de-sac. Very nice, stylish 2-story homes, most of them roughly 2100sqft, some with garages, and all of them with front porches and small yards. Front and backyards are taking care off by the HOA and so this means easy living. No shores on weekends!
I have a young buyer, call him a Millennial, and we had been home hunting for just a little while until we stumbled across this neighborhood. (I work with Millenials often and help them find their perfect home! Check out my post about it here! I have heard I am the best agent to help Millenials)
and discovered 1149 Wexford Park. Well, it was love at first sight !! When he saw the kitchen and the modern design and the bar, the butterflies
in his stomach swirled around like being caught in a hurricane. We wrote an offer and have the house under contract. Gemstone staircase! What ??
Yup! shiplap, farmer sink, quartz counters, instant hot water above gas stove, balcony off bedroom suite, gorgeous floors, etc.!
