Nico Oysters and Seafood
If you love good food and live near the Old Village Mount Pleasant, than you are in luck. Our area and its reputation for quality seafood establishments has gotten that much better with the recent addition of Nico Oysters and Seafood. Located off of Coleman Blvd, along Shem Creek lies this brand new establishment that is already making a big splash in the local culinary scene. Their tastefully renovated, modern environment accompanied by their beautiful outdoor area makes for a perfect scene to enjoy fantastic food designed by French master chef Nico Romo. Their menu features oysters from 12 different locations ranging from New Brunswick Canada to Beaufort SC. They have an extensive array of Scotches to choose from along with a raw bar and caviar menu. Their selection of seafood is as impressive as their modern decor and attentive staff who all seem to be excited to serve the low country with their chefs delectable dishes. I especially enjoy the fact that they have a small and large dish menu that caters towards your appetites. Click here for a sneak peek at their full menu. I have only gotten the opportunity to dine here once, but my experience was nothing short of excellent. I will return soon for more oysters, wood fired seafood, friendly atmosphere and service and I hope you do to. I am not alone when I say that the area is very excited to have this new addition to the low country food scene.
