If you love Charleston,  you know the pride the city takes in the old homes and beautiful gardens.

Our city possesses a very unique quality that many cities across the country lack. Charleston is able to maintain a charming, old-fashioned feel and values the preservation of homes and architecture.  This mindset helped shape Charleston into the prime tourist destination that it is and one of the best cities in the world!

There are many ways to celebrate the deep passion we have for old homes and architecture and I can't think of a better way than to participate in the Festival of Homes and Gardens.  This festival is celebrating their 70th anniversary and offering various home and gardens tours Rainbow Row homes Charleston SC, image thanks to Pixbaby.comthroughout downtown Charleston.  The special event ends on April 22nd so don't wait any longer to book a tour.  Tours provide guests with the unique opportunity to get inside some of the city's oldest, most charming homes, many of which are private residences.  They are led by guided professionals taking an inside look at specific Charleston streets, African American legacies and more.  They have 2 hour, morning walk tours of homes and gardens, a tour through Charleston’s famous graveyards and even harbor cruises.
