She finally picked her HOMETOWN when she arrived in Charleston just before Hurricane Hugo!  While working in her first dream job as a teacher, Melissa invested in the real estate market and has owned, leased, and managed her own properties for close to 30 years. She tirelessly watches the market for home purchase and investment opportunities.  As an owner of short term rental properties, she happily advises clients through the process.
