"I don’t usually write reviews but Mary Beth was so wonderful to work with, I wanted to let other people know. The quality of service I received from her compared to my first experience purchasing property in Charleston was so superior it needed to be recognized.

We were looking for an investment property in a specific area with fairly tight requirements. Mary Beth showed us several and we made an offer which was accepted. We do not live in Charleston and Mary Beth graciously met with our inspector several times. Once we received the report, Mary Beth was the first to point out this was not a good deal as the cost would outweigh the return. Brokers don’t usually do that in my experience as it puts their commission on the line but I honestly felt she put us first.  We walked away and kept looking.

Mary Beth continued to show up properties that met our requirements and after finding one, we made an offer. The seller was difficult to say the least and Mary Beth stuck with it, negotiating, placating, and doing what was necessary to get it done.  Post close she even hired a lock smith and met him at the property to change out the locks. I would recommend Mary Beth to anyone looking to purchase property in the greater Charleston area who wants a knowledgeable professional who puts her clients first and is not all about getting a deal done.
