Katherine Moten

Representing the Low Country homeowners and future homeowners, Katherine is committed to listening to her clients' needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. Katherine was born and raised in Goose Creek, South Carolina and resides in Summerville with her two children. She understands the importance of knowing the area for her clients as well as culture and diversity. She graduated from Trident Technical College in dentistry and received her Bachelors in Science at Grand Canyon University. She taught at her Alumni TTC in dental assisting and dental hygiene. Katherine joined the Real Estate profession in September 2020 and since then has changed the lives of her clients. What she loves the most about her new career is connecting with people on a daily basis. She has become an esteemed realtor, highly regarded by her clients and professionals in the field. Katherine stays well connected and actively involved in the community. Her contacts and life-long residency leverages her enthusiasm and expertise, enhancing her client dedication.
