In 2014 Jim Mills was blessed with the opportunity to open his own real estate office at 1711 N Main St in Summerville, South Carolina. In August 2017, Jim moved into the manager position at AgentOwned Realty's Main Street Office location.

Jim's long time dream to assemble & train a group of elite Realtors has finally come to fruition.
