And for the twenty eight years I spent in Charleston's Food and Beverage industry, I had a "front row seat" watching this city do so!! The last seventeen of those twenty eight years I had the pleasure of owning my own catering business, entertaining and cooking in some of the city's most luxurious and unique venues as well as many private residences.
