Representation. Whether you’re buying or selling, having someone solely focused on protecting your interests and advocating for your benefit is imperative. Knowledge of contracts and law is key to a successful outcome. Adding value is a top priority to me so it’s worth noting that I cover a staging consultation, marketing, and professional photography costs for properties listed with me. This ensures we market your property in the strongest way possible. 

A home comparative market analysis (CMA) report showing a full breakdown of your home’s value. This can be as simple or as detailed as you’d like, and it’s a great way to keep up with your neighborhood. We also use this info in your Professional Equity Assessment Report (PEAR) to determine the equity you have in your home. 

Resourcing. Looking for a good lender, surveyor, appraiser, real estate lawyer, etc. I’m happy to provide vetted names for your consideration. 

Nervous about next steps or what decision to make? I’m patient and will help you explore pros & cons in a no-pressure consultation.

Tours of the Town for you or your loved ones. Have an out-of-town loved one considering a move to the Lowcountry? I’d love to give them a personalized tour they’re sure to love. I’m a long-time local with lots to share & show. In person, facetime, videos, and self-guided tours are options.

Eyes and ears for MLS listings, off market listings, and investment opportunities keeping you ahead of the pack… much like your very own property concierge. 

Data. If numbers and stats are your thing, I can share a variety of stats for our market and areas across the Lowcountry.

A little more about me...

I grew up in downtown Charleston, enjoyed summers on Sullivan's Island, and currently reside in Mt. Pleasant with my husband, Adam, and our dog, Heehaw. Adam and I love connecting with neighbors, listening to live music, golf carting around, water views, and exploring the rich culture that our Lowcountry offers. 

The skills I bring to the table are strong negotiation and advocacy skills, real estate contract knowledge, a seasoned local understanding of the Lowcountry as a 6th generation Charlestonian, patience with the process, and a deep desire to help folks navigate real estate in a way that minimizes their stress. Prior to real estate, I spent many years as a social worker. It reinforced the value of consistent communication, staying service oriented, the importance of your time, and the importance of creating a positive experience.
