The SC Wind Mitigation Program

  • Discounts are retroactive to 2008 or for as long as you have had the policy

Just submit the SC Wind Mitigation Inspection Form.

With that information they can determine if the annual and retroactive discounts will cover the cost of the inspection. If not, B-Sure Home Inspectors will advise that the inspection not be done or should be delayed.  It may be that you need to look into the Grant Program, also addressed in the 2007 Omnibus Act, so that your home can be brought up to the standards necessary to qualify for the Insurance Discounts.

We contact your current insurer, acquire and process the proper forms, perform the inspection, and deliver the Notarized Insurance Discount Forms to you for a fee of $145.
