Jojo_Wall_singing_the_Blues     Where can we listen to live music ?

That is a question I am asked often when I meet with customers and clients who come for a visit to Charleston to explore our area and are looking for a home to buy or lease.

Where do I go to listen to live music ?! I could say pretty much everywhere, all the time. And so I want to focus my next blogs not just on real estate but also introduce several venues and local musicians not necessarily known far and far away and beyond the Charleston area but amazingly talented people and venues only locals would find and pick out to visit.

JoJo Wall ! Who ?! JoJo Wall (www.facebook.com/jojowallmusic) is an amazing musician, blues singer, and performer.  He has been performing with his dad and mother for a long time, singing the blues with heart and soul. You can see him often performing with his dad, by himself or with his newly formed band "Red Dwarf Society" (Jojo - acoustics and stand-up bass, Dale Robertson on the keyboard, Carl Klutts on guitar).  Go and see JoJo Wall on Monday nights from 7pm to 10pm at  www.theicehousesc.com in Summerville.

Summerville is fabulous! Short drive to Charleston, beautiful neighborhoods, great schools, a quaint historic d'town with very uniqueshops and boutique and restaurants, famous festivals i.e. the Flower Town Festival where people come from far away to check out local artist and vendors and enjoy the splendor of thousands and thousands of blooming azaleas in glorious colors.

Real estate in Summerville has a lot to offer from older homes in very well established neighborhoods and new developments where builder offer a variety of floor plan and many different price levels. There is definitely something affordable to find for anyone.
