Preston is located in the hugely popular Park West, which has been voted best neighborhood for families. Take a drive through there and you’ll see what I mean: Tons of people out walking their dogs, riding their bikes, jogging, and everything in between. There are lots of young families in Preston and last month I had the pleasure of helping one of them prepare and sell their home. We were able to get a full price offer in just 10 days which allowed them to quickly move on to the next faze in life. Today, Preston remains as one of the best values for Mount Pleasant in my opinion. The fact that you can get that much space in the low to mid 300’s is huge.
