The Dewberry is a wonderful example of how a bland historic property can be beautifully re-imagined. Most people would never know that the property was formerly a Federal building.
Within steps of entering the lobby of the Dewberry, you will note the attention to detail. The hotel is reminiscent of the "Mad Men" era. Adorned with luxurious vintage style furniture, you might expect Dorothy Draper to meet you in the lobby for a drink. "The Living Room" is a large lounge space with a mix of tables, chairs and sofas. The room is elegantly accented by an eye-catching brass bar.
Henrietta's is the hotel's restaurant and they offer a beautiful brunch, lunch and dinner. Open flow of the main level lends itself beautiful to special events. The ballroom is at the end of the hallway and provides a wonderful setting for weddings and corporate events alike.
The rooms to continue with the Contemporary style and luxurious finishes. They offer wonderful views of Marion Square, located in the heart of downtown historic district. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Gaillard Auditorium which can be ideal when attending a theater event or show.
Whether looking for a place to stay, or just a great bar to have a drink, the Dewberry is your place!
