SEASIDE FARMS' FRONT PORCHES
In an effort to market my real estate business in my neighborhood, I walked around Seaside Farms putting out door hangers. I started in the Wild Olive subsection which in 1999 was the 1st phase of houses built. These houses were all built on slabs and range in price from approximately $400k to $700k. But I digress: It was a very sunny, warm day which motivated my neighbors to get outdoors and rake leaves. What should have taken me an hour took about 2, because of all the socializing my neighbors and I did. It’s such a friendly community! For the neighbors who weren’t home, I had the chance to go up to their front doors and noticed what folks use to welcome their guests. There were seashell wreaths, sweetgrass wreaths (made by the Gullahs), Valentine decorations, and of course plenty of USC and Clemson flags … I did find one Georgia bulldog lamp.
I truly appreciate folks who go-the-extra-mile to express welcome and that’s what I do (if I can help you sell, buy or rent a home) … I
