Charleston recently came in at No. 27 on a new ranking of the best cities to live in the US. An analysis of the nation’s top 100 metro areas by US News & World Report considered these 5 categories; desirability, strong population growth, job market, quality of life and cost of living. A grade from 0-10 was given in each of these categories.

All homes at Del Webb are built for peace of mind and lasting quality. Prices begin in the mid-$250’s. With the variety of styles and prices, homebuyers are sure to find the perfect home to fit their needs and wants. Pre-sales for the first phase of the community are expected to commence later this year.
