RED, WHITE, BLUE and ADORABLE
4TH of July in Seaside Farms was truly a family and community experience. The holiday weekend was kicked off with a fun gathering at the junior Olympic size pool. We all brought food and drinks while some were enjoying the water and others were playing on the playground. Some kids decorated their bikes to participate in the community parade. They were red, white, blue and adorable! Another example of our strong community … When we woke up Monday morning there was one small American flag at the roadside of EVERY SINGLE HOUSE IN SEASIDE FARMS. Amazing!
As mentioned last week, Wild Olive subsection is the first as you enter Seaside Farms subdivision from Rifle Range Road. If you by-pass Wild Olive, you’ll drive over a short bridge then you’ll be in Magnolia Woods subsection. These 260 houses are mostly on crawlspaces, approximately 2,200 square feet to 3,000 square feet and some have 3-car garages. They maintain the same lovely, muted coastal colors with brick, vinyl and stucco exteriors. The houses in Magnolia Woods sell for approximately $500,000 to $700,000.
