In November, 5 houses sold in Seaside Farms subdivision … 3 in the Wild Olive subsection, 1 in the Magnolia Woods subsection and 1 in the Marais condominiums. The listing prices ranged from $360,000 to $550,000 averaging 19 days on the market! Apparently, there are lots of folks waiting for these homes to come on the market. For those of you who read my posts regularly, you know I believe it is well worth the wait.
When my husband and I moved from Atlanta to Mount Pleasant, we rented a home in Seaside Farms and we soon realized that’s where we wanted to find our forever home. After our lease expired, we continued to rent month-to-month until our house came on the market. It wasn’t perfect, but we negotiated a great price which made it possible for us to renovate and remodel to make it almost perfect. Our wonderful neighbors are so supportive of our updates as our house was a rental for years before we bought it.
I hope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
