This subdivision (The Village at Heron Lake) is the first set of homes as you enter on Alexandria drive (heading towards Harbour Watch). It has 33 homes that are nestled around Heron Lake, which is behind the Tides Condominiums at the foot of the Ravenel Bridge as you enter into Mt. Pleasant from Charleston.
Currently, I am not seeing any homes for sale in this neighborhood. The homes look to be built back in the mid-late 90’s and are nice 3 bedroom/2 bath homes with smaller lots and 2 car garages. They do have a Home Owners Association and the fees look to be quite small (~$150/Year).
The last home that sold was back in November 2015 and was on the market for 54 days. The price per square foot was $200 and was 2000 sqft ($400k sale price). Another 2 sold back in 2013 and they were around the $200/sqft as well.
