This quaint little subdivision (Sandpiper Pointe) is located at the base of the Ravenel Bridge (up river side) just past the Tides Condos at Sandpiper Drive. These are all Townhomes and it looks like there are 61 that were built back in the Mid-80’s.
Currently there are 3 Active Contingents with List Prices ranging from $208/sqft - $238/sqft ($250k-$375k). There looks to be something for every family as far as size and bedrms/baths. The Active Contingent range from 1100 sqft to 1800 sqft. You can get 3 bedrooms w/2.5 baths in the larger one.
The HOA’s seem to be low where 2 of the Active Contingent state it is only $65 or so per month. The other one states $165 a month, so I would have to investigate more When/If you are interested in purchasing one of these homes in the future. Sorry though, as of now there are 0 For Sale.
8 Sold in the last year (Dec 2015) and note the big differences in Price/SqFt (Chart Below). This will occur when you have the very small places next to the larger places and when you have older models where some are updated and other are Not.
