This neighborhood is hidden away as the last neighborhood before the Interstate (I-526) on Mathis Ferry Road.  There are only 40 Homes back there, but it is very nicely planned community.  It has nice neighborhood common spaces as you can see by the pictures.  The homes were built in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s.  If you like small HOA’s with not a lot of amenities, then this is your neighborhood.

There looks to be 1 home for sale at the moment and one home is Active/Contingent.  One home was built in 1998 and the other 2004.  The price per square foot is widely different with these two, as the larger home (3028 sqft) is going for ~$190/sqft and the Active Contingent home (2704sqft) is going for ~$207/sqft).  It is not uncommon to see this as some homes have much better lots.  If you are interested in finding out more on this home for sale, I am happy to assist you.  In this case the 3028sqft home really looks to be a bargain.!

In the last year (since Jan 1-2016), there were 2 homes sold.  The Days On Market are amazing (5 days or less), so it looks like you need to be Ready To Buy if you are looking in this quaint little neighborhood.!   The 2 homes sold for $572,800 and $630,000, which is ~$195/sqft and ~$203/sqft.

Is this neighborhood something that peaks your Interest…?  Let me setup an appointment with you and let’s go see the home that is in the Market Today.
