There are approximately 50 homesites in total, a small area at the corner of Six Mile Rd and Rifle Range Rd in Mount Pleasant SC. Beazer has just received the building permits, so no homes have been constructed yet.
The builder has planned five homes to be put on particular lots, with upgrades that they feel will make the home attractive to buyers. Each of these homes are considered to be “spec” homes (even though they haven’t begun construction yet). Beazer is offering $10,000 in upgrades to the buyers of these spec homes as incentive to get the ball rolling. The other lots allow buyers to pick the lot and choose a house plan to have Beazer build on it. The availability of these additional lots will most likely not last long.
Magnolia Village is in the middle of the beautiful suburb of Charleston SC, Mount Pleasant, and within a couple of miles from two new, state of the art, public schools.

If you do not have someone representing you, that commission goes to the builder as additional profit. It is not rebated or delivered in any other way to the buyer.
