LOWCOUNTRY STYLE HOMES
Just as families settled down after a fun, patriotic 4th of July long weekend, we hear the awful news of families who aren’t reveling in happy memories. Instead, they are making funeral arrangements to bury their loved ones. My heart breaks that our communities, our country and our world are so divided. I pray for healing and peace. In the meantime, the world continues to turn on its axis as most of us try to do the right thing every day.
So, every day I turn into Seaside Farms subdivision and am thankful to be living in a safe community. When you drive past Wild Olive, over a short bridge and through Magnolia Woods, you’ll cross another short bridge to enter the most upscale subsection in Seaside Farms … Cathedral Oaks. There are 72 gracious, lowcountry style homes in Cathedral Oaks. Many of these homes are custom built on the marsh and with intracoastal waterway views. Some homes are on crawl spaces, but because of the water property most are elevated. So when looking at houses in Cathedral Oaks ask your agent about flood zoning, because the insurance rates vary from zone-to-zone.
For those of you who are looking for condo or townhouse living, Seaside Farms has those too! We’ll talk about that soon.
