I don’t always fall in love with the houses that I list and sell. Over the 11 years that I have been a REALTOR®, I have liked a lot of them, but never really found one that I love. Until now.
Maybe it’s that the tides provide many different views throughout the day. Drastically different, wonderful views, full of nature. Or maybe it’s the grass and land surrounding the home. It could be the separate guest house that’s as cute as can be (or maybe I just like the idea of having a getaway if I were to need it!). Or the gates at the entrance to the driveway.
When I come to the house at 5961 Shealy Drive in Meggett, just a hop, skip and a jump from Charleston, I feel like I’ve gotten away! The house is an open floor plan with windows everywhere! Soaring ceilings, 3 bedrooms, sprawling chef’s kitchen and loads of outdoor space including a 3 season room, and decks. Two master bathrooms for ‘him and her’ and a 4 car garage! Oh, I almost forgot to mention the pier and boat lift! If you’d like to learn more about the home, call me. I’d love to share the info with you!
