Mt. Pleasant reins as one of the most desirable towns in the Southeast to live in and its not looking like that is going to change anytime soon. Mount Pleasant is also home to a very large number of popular subdivisions and that number is only growing. These local subdivisions are all vastly different depending on whether they are located in luxury neighborhoods, golf communities, or are waterfront. Many of them are popular for their proximity to the best schools, beaches and shopping centers. Some of them are more desirable because of their close distance to Downtown....but they are all different in size and growth. Many of these subdivisions have different sub-sections or neighborhoods within them. These sub-sections will often be comprised of town homes and multi family homes of which I am not focusing on. Lets take a look at Mount Pleasant’s 10 largest subdivisions for single family homes.
