Hampton Park is the Peninsula of Charleston's largest park with 60 acres of floral displays, jogging trails, fitness stations, duck pond and more!  It is located in the Hampton Park Terrace neighborhood which is next to the Citadel, North Central and Wagener Terrace.

Many people have their wedding ceremonies in the park in one of the many beautiful gazebos.  Some have family reunions and you can usually find a frisbee game going on!  During Spring, Summer and Winter the road around the park is closed to traffic for Walk, Run, Roll on Saturdays from 8am-noon and Tuesday and Thursdays from 6-8pm. The road around the park is one mile long, so runners, especially from the Citadel, like to get their exercise routine done there.  You'll find fitness stations with instructions for each workout, a children's playground and even a dog park.  The Charleston Parks Conservancy is currently working on getting the food stand back up and running!

The neighborhoods surrounding Hampton Park are quite desirable as they are within walking distance to the park, restaurants, churches and King St. You can contact me for more information on the neighborhoods.  I can email you MLS listings in your price range.

Maybe some day you'll see us at the park with Bubba!
