On Monday, August 21st, if you are in Charleston then you will have on of the best seats in the US for the full solar eclipse! During the full solar eclipse, there are three places in South Carolina that will have the best view (Charleston, Greenville, and Columbia.)
In Charleston, totality will come at 2:46pm lasting about 1 min and 31 seconds. Totality is when the sun is completely covered by the moon. The key to the eclipse is to grab a pair of eclipse glasses, because even normal eyewear is not strong enough to view the eclipse except for the minute of totality. For information on where in Charleston you should go, reach out to me personally!
