Fishing in the LowCountry-

Well the warm weather is here to stay!  I have seen some great reports from several of the Inshore Charter Captains with some good size redfish, black drum, trout, sheephead, and flounder.  Fishing some of the nearshore reefs right now, you may find yourself among some large schools of spadefish.  They put up a great fight with some light tackle!

Out in the deep blue water, the first two tournaments of the South Carolina Governors Cup have wrapped up.  At the Bohicket Marina Invitational, we saw the Gryphon take 1st place after releasing 3 blue marlin.  The following tournament was up in Georgetown and we saw Artemis release 2 blue marlin to capture 1st place for the Outstanding Billfish Boat.

The next tournament, Carolina Billfish Classic is coming up June 21-24, followed by MEGADOCK July 5-8, and finally the Edisto Invitational July 19-22.

Check out the standings and schedule here.

As always, if you or anyone you know are looking for any real estate in the Greater Charleston area - Please keep me in mind!
