Buying activity is back to normal now after Irma but it is Fall so things are slowing down slightly in the Charleston area. According to Charleston Real Estate Stats, 265 residential properties went under contract from 9/15/17-9/21/17. Mount Pleasant had 30 homes go under contract with a median of $229 per square foot.
