Charleston Real Estate Market - November 13, 2017
Buying activity was pretty busy from 11/3/17-11/9/17 in the Charleston area however the seasonal slowdown has started. According to Charleston Real Estate Stats, 289 residential properties went under contract.
The Peninsula had 11 homes go under contract with a median of $390 per square foot.
Mount Pleasant had 34 homes go under contract with a median of $217 per square foot.
James Island had 11 homes go under contract with a median of $209 per square foot.
West Ashley had 21 homes go under contract with a median of $157 per square foot.
Sales generally start to fall off this time of year and usually continue to do so through the holidays and January.
