Charleston Area Beaches and Dining – Part 1
Summer is officially here! This week I will talk about Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island beaches and dining.
Isle of Palms – This is my personal favorite. There is free street parking along Palm Blvd headed toward Wild Dunes and some limited parking on Ocean Blvd. Be sure to park 4’ away from the street or you will be ticketed! There is also a County Park on Isle of Palms where you will pay to park, but it does offer restrooms and showers.
Dining – Several good restaurants/bars on front beach. Check out Coconut Joes, Banana Cabana, ACME Lowcountry Kitchen, Long Island Café, and one of the best breakfasts in town Sea Biscuit Café (make sure you bring cash). Two other great places away from front beach are The Boathouse and Morgan Creek Grill.

Sullivan’s Island – This is a quieter residential area with some off-street parking throughout the Eastern part of the island.
Dining – The nice thing about Sullivan’s Island is all the restaurants are located in one area. There is definitely something for everyone here!

As always, please keep me in mind if you, your friends, or family have any real estate needs in the Charleston area!
