Carolina Park, Mt. Pleasant, SC - Another (Small City) Master Planned Community

As I continue my tour of new construction – Small City Communities, this week, the spotlight is on Carolina Park in Mt. Pleasant, SC.

So far, I have reported on the communities of Nexton, Summerville, SC, (the upcoming) Cainhoy Plantation, Charleston, SC, and now Carolina Park, Mt. Pleasant, SC.

For buyers looking for new construction, East of the Cooper River, Carolina Park is indeed a beautiful place…to call home!  With the abundance of beautiful live oak trees and Spanish Moss, many families are already calling this place home.

I choose to visit Carolina Park early in the morning, before the heat of the day, and again found another bustling Small City Community, coming to life.   With school already out, early morning was a busy time at Carolina Park –  children were swimming in the pool – I could hear the sound of children’s voices, laughter, and water splashing, as I walked by the Residents Club.    I found Adults already playing tennis, trying to beat the heat of the day, golf carts and bikes were whizzing by on the walking trails.

Further back into the community, there were several model homes to tour, and I could hear and see the sounds of construction, once again, bringing this Small City Community to life!

The Pavilion, will be Carolina Park’s newest amenity, construction is well underway and soon to open at the Residents Club.

I found out; The Pavilion will offer a large covered gathering space for residents with outdoor grills, a catering kitchen, rest rooms, and an outdoor fireplace.    I think the Pavilion will quickly become a favorite community spot to enjoy a shady spot for lunch by the pool, hold a family gathering, or just sit back and relax.

I can’t wait to return and watch this Small City Community come to life!
