A few things that stuck with me is that dollar for dollar, you are getting more with Lennar. They are the least expensive in the Cove, however Lennar only has a few sites left to build. The Preserve, however, is booming and lots of room. It offers wooded and pond lots. Club house and Pool.
A few of their common upgrades that they included in their homes are:

-Judges panel and crown modling
-HERS rating average 65, one of the lowest I have seen in Cane Bay.
-offers 3 car garages on with some of their plans.
Exterior of the homes offer brick, stone and Balconies, they even have an option for Tin Roofs.
One feature home that is very unique is the Taylor. What makes this 3114 Squ foot house unique is the Mother law suite. The suite has a private downstairs entrance and offers a 3rd car garage.
