Why is Cane Bay one of the most popular communities in the Summerville Area? Lot's of reasons. First, the community has its own schools, the High School, Middle School and grammar school are all brand new with state of the art equipment. Cane Bay comes with its own shopping where residents use their golf carts to shop. It is minutes from I 26 and will have access to a new exit ramp that is currently under construction.
Houses in Cane Bay range from approximately 1700 square feet to 4000. Most of the homes are new construction. Pending on the builder and the sub section, homes can be vinyl siding to cement plank. Many homes have an option for a third car garage. Some builders are offering granite and others appliance. There are some that are offering bonuses to be used as the buyer wishes on up grades. Some of the community offers amenities, such as; pools, lakes and even boat ramps while others have no amenities..
Cane bay also features two over 55 communities, Del Webb and The Four Seasons. Communities are gated and support an active life style.
