Get to know some neighborhoods! 

I like to introduce you today to 4 neighborhoods off  Rifle Range Road in Mount Pleasant. This road is almost 7 miles long and starts all the way in the southern part in Mt Pleasant, near the Old Village and close to Sullivans Island and runs parallel to the coast, across the Isle of Palms Connector and all the way up to the northern part of Mount Pleasant.

 I start with Remington Forest, a small townhome community with about 75 homes grouped in pairs, all with fenced court yards and a 2 story elevation. They all feature 3 br/2.5 ba, . All units have a fireplace and have assigned off street parking. Really nice amenities incl. neighborhood pool and playground. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance, 10 min drive to the beach of Sullivans Island. Only 2 homes currently listed for sale between 255K and 310K ! You will be surprised how cute these homes are !

 Next Cassina Plantation, a truly remarkable neighborhood,  established huge lots and one of a kind. Some owners have a barn and keephorses ! Most lots are over 2 acres and heavily wooded. Very rarely is there a home for sale and if there is one coming up, it will most like be listed for 1 mio and up.  This is a very unique place and irreplaceable. I do have a pocket listing, home with horse stable and pool..call me, if interested 

Shellpoint is a very awesome neighborhood squeezed between Bowman Road and Rifle Range Road. A lot of trees, lake lots, amazing homes many on large lots. Prices here range from 499K to 780K and most homes are over 2,800 sqft in size. Only 3 homes are currently listed for sale and they will sell fast as this location is so very central. You will cry , if you miss out on this opportunity ! 

Scotts Creek is a fairly new neighborhood. This development sat vacant for the longest time because the town wanted to make sure that most trees get saved by the developer and now, WOW....what a beautiful neighborhood with a pond, with walking trails, with a park..Very very nice homes were built here, all harmonizing with nature. Only one home is active for sale now and all homes are over 3,000 sqft and prices range from 665K to 850K.
