Isle of Palms SC 29451
I graduated from the College of Charleston in 2011 with degrees in Business and Hospitality Tourism Management. I grew up in Portland Maine but have been living in the Charleston area for 7 years. I currently reside in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant but have also lived in James Island, West Ashley and Downtown. My mother is a successful realtor and was so throughout my childhood which helped to establish a passion and deep understanding for the business. At the age of 8 I would play a game with my mom where I'd have to guess the value of a house. I was so intrigued with the business and got so good at estimating market value that my mom frequently allowed me to assist her in her negotiations by suggesting counter offers. I told my mom when I was very young that I wanted to be an appraiser when I grew up because of how interested I was in the valuation side of real estate. She advised me that the money was in sales and that I would change my mind one day.
I graduated high school in 2007 and attended the University of Maine for 2 years before I finally got fed up with the long winters and cold weather. I visited Charleston in 2009 and immediately fell in love with the charm of the city, beautiful women, warm weather and southern way of life. I quickly realized that Charleston is where I wanted to call home. After I graduated college I started a small limousines service with a friend and ran that for almost 4 years before we sold the business to pursue other careers
Although I wish I had gotten my real estate license earlier in my life, I am pleased that I finally made the career move and am in the business that I know I belong and will thrive in. There is nothing I love more than showing property to people and help bring out all the charm and beauty that my favorite city on earth has to offer.
